Returns & Refunds

At Asbury House Design, every item is handcrafted and made with care.  Because many of our products are custom made and personalized, we have the following return and refund policy in place.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom, personalized, or made to order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.  

Due to the personalized nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless the item arrives damaged during shipping and delivery.

If you item arrives damaged:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging are required
• Photos must clearly show the damage
• Failure to provide photos may result in a denial of claim

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Non-custom Items

Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Once the return item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
