We’re Zach and Jan. We met at Orange Park High School when we were 16, graduated together in 1991, and married in 1994. More than three decades later, we’re still building together—now through a small business rooted in the community that helped shape us.
Our story
Personalized should feel personal again.
Asbury House Design grew from a simple belief: something made specifically for you should be created with intention. After Zach spent 30 years in the automotive business and Jan spent those years raising our family and building the home at the center of it all, we were ready to create something of our own.
Together, we raised two children who make us incredibly proud. Our son, Maxwell, graduated from Clay High School and Jacksonville University. Our daughter, Addie, graduated from Middleburg High School and is beginning her own professional journey. Their schools, teachers, coaches, and the community around them are part of why Clay County feels so personal to us.
The name comes from the Lake Asbury area, where we now call home. To us, “House” means more than a place. It represents family, community, and the promise that when you work with us, you’re being welcomed into our House.
We have been fortunate to create for local families, schools, educators, sports programs, businesses, and organizations throughout Clay County. These are not just customers. They are our neighbors.

Production expectations
A helpful estimate, confirmed for your project.
Typical production times: Small personalized tumbler orders are usually ready the same day or within 1 business day. Most custom products and signs are usually completed in 3–5 business days, depending on complexity. Large, complex, or high-quantity orders receive a confirmed timeline after review. Production begins after all personalization details and any required proof approval are received. Shipping time is additional. Turnaround times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
