Every piece is laid out by hand, not machine-fit, and we adjust spacing, letter size, and placement so it reads clean and balanced on the product. If anything about your layout is unclear, we contact you before we make it. Because each piece is personalized and made to order, we cannot refund or exchange for spelling or wording entered at checkout, so please double-check what you type. The words are your job. Making them look professional is ours.
