At Asbury House Design, we take great pride in producing exceptional-quality products. Every order is carefully reviewed before production, and all personalized products receive a digital proof for customer approval whenever applicable.
Personalized & Custom Products
Because personalized products are created specifically for you, all personalized, custom-printed, laser-engraved, and UV-printed items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their digital proof carefully. By approving your proof, you confirm that all spelling, artwork, layout, and design details are correct.
Non-Personalized Products
Non-personalized products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or we made an error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will work quickly to make it right through a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled before production begins.
Once production has started, personalized orders cannot be canceled or changed.
